Join the Board of PWN London as Co-Chair of Membership and help shape an inspiring member experience! You’ll welcome new members, personalise engagement, and ensure every woman in our network feels valued, connected, and supported through meaningful events and touchpoints.
The Co-Chair of Membership is at the heart of PWN London’s success. Our network thrives when members feel genuinely connected, inspired, and part of something greater. This trustee will ensure that every member — whether new or long-standing — experiences PWN London as a welcoming, supportive, and empowering community. By improving onboarding, communication, and follow-up, the Co-Chair will help increase engagement and retention. Their leadership will also ensure that feedback from members is heard and acted upon, shaping programmes and events that meet real needs. Their collaboration with the Events and Marketing teams will enhance cross-departmental coordination, ensuring that the right people know about the right opportunities at the right time. This will help convert more free members into premium members and ensure that each individual sees the value of belonging to the network. Ultimately, this role strengthens PWN London’s foundation — turning membership into a true experience of connection, growth, and empowerment.
We are looking for a warm, people-oriented leader who is passionate about community and member engagement. The ideal trustee will have experience in membership management, hospitality, customer relations, or community building, with a strong sense of empathy and professionalism. They should be highly organised, proactive, and confident in managing communication through platforms such as email, WhatsApp, and membership databases or CRMs. Experience with onboarding processes, engagement tracking, or event coordination would be highly valuable. A friendly and approachable personality is essential — someone who naturally makes others feel welcome and included. Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and attention to detail will ensure every member feels personally valued. We are seeking someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on interaction. The right person will help shape our membership experience, bring fresh ideas for engagement, and support the community’s continued growth. Above all, the Co-Chair of Membership should embody the spirit of PWN London — inclusive, encouraging, and professional. Their enthusiasm and care will help ensure that every member feels part of a vibrant, inspiring network that celebrates women’s leadership and personal development.
Our Board brings together passionate professionals who lead PWN London’s mission to advance gender-balanced leadership and create opportunities for women to connect, learn, and grow. As we prepare for our 2026 term, we are seeking a Co-Chair of Membership to help elevate the experience of every member — from first contact to active engagement within our community. The Co-Chair of Membership will work closely with the other Co-Chair, the President, and the Events and Marketing teams to ensure that PWN London delivers a seamless and enriching membership journey. Their role will focus on welcoming new members, both Free and Premium, and ensuring that each one receives the right information, invitations, and encouragement to take full advantage of what PWN London offers. This trustee will help design and oversee the full member experience — ensuring that communication is clear, onboarding is warm, and engagement is sustained through events, mentoring, and networking opportunities. They will help create and implement systems that track engagement, gather feedback, and identify ways to improve retention and satisfaction. The Co-Chair of Membership will also play a visible and relational role at events — greeting members, connecting people with shared interests, and ensuring that everyone feels included and supported. This is as much about heart as it is about organisation — making every member feel seen, valued, and inspired to participate. This is an ideal role for someone who loves people, community-building, and organisation. The trustee will bring energy, warmth, and structure to the membership experience — ensuring that PWN London continues to grow not just in numbers, but in connection and impact.
