What are we looking for?

• Commercially minded leader with strong experience in sales, business development or corporate partnerships, ideally gained in a professional or membership‑based environment.
• Dynamic relationship‑builder – confident, persuasive, and comfortable engaging senior executives across both large corporations and SMEs.
• Experience in negotiating sponsorships, managing partnerships or securing funding – essential for driving financial sustainability.
• Background in B2B relationship management, CSR or ESG partnerships, or strategic account management is particularly valuable.
• Strong network in the corporate world, able to open doors and initiate conversations that translate into long‑term partnerships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident representing PWN London at senior‑level meetings and networking events.
• Highly collaborative, working closely with the President and the Board to align corporate engagement with broader objectives.
• Passion for gender equality, women’s empowerment and inclusive leadership – a genuine ambassador for PWN London’s values.

What will you be doing?

As Chair, you will be responsible for developing, managing and growing strategic partnerships that support PWN London’s mission, events and programmes. Working closely with the President and the Heads of Events and Marketing, you will identify and engage companies aligned with our values, securing sponsorships, memberships and collaborative opportunities. You will oversee our corporate engagement strategy, ensuring partners see measurable value – from visibility at flagship events to thought‑leadership collaborations and access to our professional community.

You will also diversify our revenue streams by cultivating relationships with both established corporations and ambitious SMEs that share our commitment to empowering women in leadership. As part of the Board, you will shape our long‑term financial strategy, support the creation of tailored sponsorship packages and represent the network at high‑level events and external meetings.
