Salary up to 95k - Deadline TBC Hybrid (London) 3 Days PW Occasional Suffolk travel TOC Assurance Heavy Civils This is a senior client-side assurance and commercial governance role supporting major heavy civil infrastructure packages at Sizewell C.

The position is focused on challenging and validating Target Outturn Cost (TOC) submissions, ensuring procurement strategies, cost estimates, risk allowances, and pre-construction planning are robust, auditable, and aligned with programme objectives.

Key Responsibilities Lead assurance reviews of TOC submissions across major heavy civils packages.

Challenge cost estimates, risk allowances, pricing methodologies, and commercial assumptions.

Review QSRA/QCRA analyses and ensure compliance with governance frameworks.

Support procurement strategy, TOC development, contract reviews, and negotiations.

Manage key stakeholder interfaces and lead assurance workshops and governance forums.

Assess project risks, challenge contingencies, and validate value engineering and cost optimisation initiatives.

Strong background in pre-construction, estimating, procurement, quantity surveying, and commercial management.
