You are a Project Planner with a positive and professional persona who can adapt to change, manage your time well with an approachable attitude. You will use your own initiative to assess, manage and resolve issues that may arise.

Our client is a specialist systems integrator supplying control and safety solutions for complex and critical applications in a variety of industry sectors.

What is the role? To monitor project progress, communicate updates to stakeholders, and ensure accurate schedules and software systems for all ongoing projects.

What will my day-to-day duties look like?

  • Be responsible for creating an appropriate work breakdown structure for all projects.
  • Assist the Operations Director and Project Managers in general tasks.
  • Work closely with the Project Management team and other teams such as Procurement and Engineering to ensure Project and Engineering Schedules are accurate.
  • Monitor project progress against the plan, making suggestions on how to expedite and improve the timeline.

Pre-requisites:

  • PC literate with experience of Word, Excel, Projects.
  • Experience of Primavera – P6.
  • Positive & professional attitude.
  • Be keen, reliable, committed, self-motivated, driven.
  • Organised, diligent and has an attention to detail.
  • Approachable, communicative and positive attitude.
  • Able to work on own initiative to assess, manage and resolve problems/issues.
  • Has a willingness to learn, with an inquisitive and challenging mindset.
  • Good time management and a strong delivery performance.
  • Adapt and react to internal and external customers.
  • Have an open mind to change and be flexible to different situations.
  • Ability to take on responsibility as the business grows.
