Key Responsibilities Produce and review high-quality research, analysis and subscription content for customers. Lead complex research projects, developing methodologies and validating data sources. Monitor market, regulatory and policy developments, identifying key industry trends. Translate complex information into clear, commercially relevant insights and recommendations. Enhance research processes through automation, AI, digitalisation and continuous improvement initiatives. Support consultancy projects by providing specialist sector expertise and analytical insight. Deliver webinars, presentations and training sessions to internal and external audiences. Build strong relationships with customers and industry stakeholders through regular engagement. Mentor and support junior analysts through coaching and knowledge sharing. Contribute to business growth through customer retention, account support and market engagement activities. Skills & Experience Experience conducting research and analysis within the energy sector. Degree-level qualification or equivalent relevant professional experience. Excellent analytical, research and problem-solving capabilities. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Strong understanding of energy markets, policy and regulatory frameworks. Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively. Experience presenting insights to customers and senior stakeholders. Strong commercial awareness and customer-focused mindset. Proficiency with digital research, reporting and analytical tools. Ability to work independently while collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
