We’re recruiting for a Proposals Engineer to join a specialist control systems integrator delivering complex automation and safety solutions across the energy, renewables, nuclear and utilities sectors.
This role is ideal for an engineer with a PLC/automation background who’s looking to move into, or develop further within, a technical commercial position.
Key responsibilities:- Preparing technical bids and priced proposal solutions
- Interpreting client requirements into PLC-based control system offerings (e.g. Siemens, Rockwell)
- Working closely with engineering teams to develop competitive, compliant solutions
- Supporting customer engagement and market intelligence activities
- HND/Degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Strong background in automation and control systems
- Commercial awareness and strong communication skills
