Engineering Manager | FEED | Offshore Energy | Norwich Contract Opportunity I'm currently supporting a specialist offshore engineering organisation in their search for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the engineering and design delivery of a Minimum Facilities Jacket Platform FEED project based in Norwich. This role will suit a senior engineering professional with a strong background in offshore platform engineering, FEED execution, and multidisciplinary team leadership. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities throughout the FEED phase Work closely with Project Managers to ensure engineering deliverables are achieved on schedule and within budget Oversee technical reviews, engineering calculations, reports, specifications, and design documentation Manage engineering resources and provide technical leadership across disciplines Chair design reviews and ensure compliance with industry standards and engineering best practices Interface with clients, stakeholders, and third-party reviewers What We're Looking For: 10+ years' offshore engineering experience Extensive experience with offshore platform engineering and structural design Proven delivery of Concept, Pre-FEED and FEED projects Strong leadership experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams Experience preparing and presenting engineering design packages for client approval Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Desirable: Chartered Engineer status Experience with jacket platform developments Knowledge of topsides, process, piping, subsea systems, lifting operations, fabrication, and installation Familiarity with ANSYS, Mathcad, AutoCAD and SolidWorks This is an excellent contract opportunity to play a key role in a significant offshore development project with a collaborative and highly respected engineering team.
