The Role
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to lead the delivery of electrical works on a live high-voltage (HV) project in Norwich. This is a key site-based leadership role, ideally suited to someone with experience delivering electrical installations in live, high-risk or HV environments. You will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient and high-quality execution of works while maintaining programme, quality and safety standards. Working closely with project management, engineering, commercial, quality, and health, you will take ownership of day-to-day site operations and play a pivotal role in successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day electrical site activities.
- Lead site teams and subcontractors to deliver works safely and in line with programme.
- Plan and coordinate labour, materials, plant and site resources.
- Coordinate electrical installation activities with other trades and disciplines.
- Ensure all works comply with site procedures, legislation and health.
