Key Responsibilities
- Manage and assure supplier schedule information for contract compliance.
- Deliver integrated schedules across allocated work packages.
- Produce schedule updates, forecasts, variance analysis and progress reports.
- Prepare accurate month-end forecasts, baselines and performance reports.
- Build strong relationships with key project stakeholders.
- Support programme planning and continuous schedule improvement.
- Review and assure supplier programmes for quality and accuracy.
- Monitor schedule changes and identify delivery risks and opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, Business or a related discipline.
- Experience on major projects within highly regulated environments.
- Strong Primavera P6 planning and scheduling expertise.
- Knowledge of NEC, FIDIC or similar contract frameworks.
- Understanding of schedule integration, hierarchy and change control.
- Familiarity with construction management and design processes.
- Awareness of CDM regulations and scheduling impacts.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality outputs.
