Risk Manager - Shape the future of UK energy Make a meaningful impact on one of the UK's largest infrastructure projects while building your career within a high-performing Project Controls team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Risk Manager to support a major delivery programme within a complex nuclear energy environment. You will help project teams identify, assess and manage risk, providing analysis and insight that directly supports performance and informed decision-making. Working alongside experienced professionals, you will have the opportunity to influence outcomes, develop your expertise and contribute to a nationally significant project where safety, integrity and collaboration matter. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support Integrated Project Controls (Risk) processes across the programme. Facilitate risk workshops and engage stakeholders across project and corporate functions. Develop and maintain Cost and Schedule Quantitative Risk Analyses (QRA). Support Estimate at Completion (EAC) updates and Enterprise Risk Reporting (ERR). Produce risk dashboards, performance reports and actionable insights. Deputise for the Senior Risk Manager at key programme meetings when required. Drive continuous improvement across risk management practices. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS Experience managing risk within large, complex projects or programmes. Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills. Proven experience delivering Cost and Schedule Quantitative Risk Analysis. Excellent analytical, reporting and communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams. Experience in project controls or project management is desirable. Background in major infrastructure, energy, construction, engineering or capital projects is desirable. Professional qualifications in Risk Management, Project Management or a related discipline are advantageous.
