Ensure robust governance, risk management and reporting to the Board of Directors. Qualifications & Requirements Proven senior leadership experience at CEO, Managing Director or Executive level. Strong commercial acumen with responsibility for budgets, financial planning and organisational growth. Demonstrable experience building strategic partnerships and stakeholder relationships. Excellent communication, media engagement and public speaking skills. Knowledge of the UK energy sector or a closely related industry. Experience influencing policy, government bodies or industry groups. Strong strategic planning and organisational development capabilities. Track record of delivering sustainable business growth and member value. Ability to operate effectively within a Board-led governance environment.
