Working at the centre of Project Controls, you’ll lead the development of a modern, “Digital by Default” performance reporting framework that informs critical decisions at the highest level. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and management of the programme’s performance reporting framework.
- Drive the adoption of Digital by Default reporting across project teams.
- Support the creation of a data analytics and business intelligence framework.
- Produce high-quality month-end performance reports and respond to ad-hoc information requests.
- Establish best-practice reporting processes and standards across the programme.
- Maintain report templates and ensure alignment with PMO reporting cycles.
- Engage senior stakeholders, including executive leadership and functional heads.
- Continuously improve reporting quality through feedback and data insight.
