We are seeking an experienced QHSE Engineer from an offshore environment to join our client’s team in Norwich. Reporting to the QHSE Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring quality, health, safety, and environmental standards are met across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of QHSE & Sustainability targets and KPIs.
- Drive continuous improvement within the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Conduct internal and supplier audits to ISO9001:2015 standards.
- Provide QHSE advice and support across projects, drilling, subsea equipment and offshore structures.
- Oversee non-conformance management and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 standards.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and supplier liaison to maintain quality standards.
- Support bid preparation and project reviews from a QHSE perspective.
Requirements:
- 5 years plus proven experience in a QHSE engineering role, preferably within a major CAP Ex project-based environment including all aspects of process, development and execution.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards and audit processes.
- Ability to provide practical QHSE support to projects and teams.
- HNC/HND/Degree in Engineering preferred.
- Recognised auditor qualification.
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and problem-solving.
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft).
