As an Offshore HSE Advisor within our Hook-Up and Commissioning team, you will play a pivotal role in this ground breaking project intended to power 1.2 million homes in the UK. You’ll be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on health, safety, and environmental management to the project team, promoting high standards of awareness and compliance. Assisting with risk assessment generation and implementation, ensuring safe methods of operation, and coordinating and conducting safety checks, audits, and training sessions, including Toolbox Talks (TBT’s), to enhance safety culture. Your expertise will directly contribute to the efficient and safe execution of work scopes that are critical to the successful connection and commissioning of the world's largest HVDC substation, setting a new global benchmark in the renewable energy sector.

Qualifications & Experience:
- NeBOSH Diploma or equivalent, with professional membership in a relevant industry HSE body (e.g., IOSH, IIRSM, CIEH, BOHS).
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in an offshore environment, with a preference for candidates with CDM 2015 knowledge.
- Proven experience in offshore HSE roles, demonstrating the ability to manage safety operations effectively.
- Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in incident reporting and risk assessment.
