Lead high-value offshore projects from concept to installation, driving performance, people, and delivery at scale. This is a senior opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Engineer ready to step into a leadership role with full accountability for complex offshore projects. You will take ownership from handover through to final installation, influencing commercial outcomes, leading teams, and ensuring exceptional delivery standards. Key Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle delivery of complex offshore projects through to installation
- Drive project success across cost, schedule, quality, and client satisfaction
- Act as the primary technical and commercial focal point for clients and stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate commercial, contractual, design, and schedule risks
- Define and manage project plans, including critical path and QA/QC requirements
- Ensure compliance with QHSE standards and ISO frameworks
- Maintain accurate financial tracking, forecasting costs and managing cash flow
- Lead project kick-off meetings, design reviews, and HAZID/HAZOP sessions
- Present project performance and progress updates to senior leadership
- Oversee procurement and supplier performance to meet delivery timelines
- Line manage and mentor engineers, supporting development and performance
- Support bids and tenders with technical, operational, and commercial input
