This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Planner
(10 years + experience) to join a major nuclear programme where your expertise will directly influence project success.
Working within a highly regulated and technically complex environment, you will drive integrated planning activities, support strategic decision-making, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver critical project milestones.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain integrated project schedules aligned to WBS structures and project objectives.
- Drive delivery of an integrated planning framework across multiple project levels.
- Analyse planning data, risks and opportunities to support evidence-based decision-making.
- Monitor schedule performance and provide accurate planning and progress reporting.
- Challenge and improve baseline delivery strategies and project sequencing.
- Support area management teams with schedule reviews and planning insights.
- Manage trend and change processes, identifying emerging risks and opportunities.
- Ensure planning standards, procedures and governance requirements are consistently applied.
- Integrate
MEH scope activities within the wider project schedule.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across project, supply chain and delivery teams.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Construction, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
- Proven planning experience within mechanical, electrical and HVAC project environments.
- Experience working in complex, highly regulated sectors such as nuclear, energy or infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of integrated planning frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience developing and managing Level 4 work package schedules.
- Advanced analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience influencing project delivery through planning and performance analysis.
- Knowledge of digital planning platforms and scheduling tools.
