- Drive Manager Engagement
- Partner with managers across all departments to strengthen people management practices.
- Support and monitor the completion of one-to-one meetings, performance reviews, and appraisal processes.

- Own the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Strategy
- Develop and coordinate CSR initiatives that align with company values and business objectives.

- Strengthen the Apprenticeship Programme

Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional HR advice and guidance on a wide range of employee relations matters.

About You

Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in an HR Adviser, Senior HR Administrator, or HR Business Partner support role.
- Strong generalist HR background with experience across employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Ability to build credibility and effectively challenge and support managers.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident, proactive, and able to work successfully under pressure.
- Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment legislation.
- CIPD Level 5 minimum qualification.
