Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Adviser (People Development & Engagement) to join their growing organisation during an exciting period of development. This is a varied and influential role that will suit an HR professional who enjoys working closely with managers, driving people initiatives, and making a tangible impact across the business.
You will provide expert HR support, collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, and lead key people-focused projects that support business growth and employee engagement. Office-based 5 days. - Support and monitor the completion of one-to-one meetings, performance reviews, and appraisal processes.
- Provide practical HR guidance and coaching to managers.
- Bring structure, accountability, and consistency to performance management activities.
- Identify and build relationships with local community projects, charities, and funding schemes.
- Act as the driving force behind the organisation's community engagement activities.

We are looking for an HR professional who combines strong technical HR knowledge with excellent relationship-building skills. Previous experience in an HR Adviser, Senior HR Administrator, or HR Business Partner support role. Strong generalist HR background with experience across employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement. Passionate about people development and continuous improvement.
