Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and assure supplier schedule information for contract compliance.
  • Deliver integrated schedules across allocated work packages.
  • Produce schedule updates, forecasts, variance analysis and progress reports.
  • Prepare accurate month-end forecasts, baselines and performance reports.
  • Build strong relationships with key project stakeholders.
  • Support programme planning and continuous schedule improvement.
  • Review and assure supplier programmes for quality and accuracy.
  • Monitor schedule changes and identify delivery risks and opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, Business or a related discipline.
  • Experience on major projects within highly regulated environments.
  • Strong Primavera P6 planning and scheduling expertise.
  • Knowledge of NEC, FIDIC or similar contract frameworks.
  • Understanding of schedule integration, hierarchy and change control.
  • Familiarity with construction management and design processes. Awareness of CDM regulations and scheduling impacts.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality outputs.
