This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced LTQR professional to lead documentation, compliance, and handover excellence across major nuclear projects. You will play a critical role in ensuring quality standards are met at every stage, influencing stakeholders and driving best practice across multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery and compliance of LTQR processes across assigned projects
- Manage and mentor a team of Record Support Officers
- Collaborate with Project, Quality and Completions Managers on handover documentation
- Review and approve LTQR submissions to enable installation and commissioning
- Oversee contractor partitioning strategies and ensure alignment with standards
- Develop and implement LTQR delivery strategies and work instructions
- Produce and manage LTQR checklists and ensure accurate EDRMS storage
- Ensure compliance with Licence Condition 6 (LC6) across all stakeholders
- Liaise with contractors and MDTs to align LTQR documentation and schedules
- Report on LTQR status, risks, and milestones to senior stakeholders
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
- Strong experience with Electronic Document Management Systems
- Background in large-scale projects (nuclear, oil and gas, power, or industrial)
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and stakeholders
- Knowledge of LTQR processes and regulated environments
- Familiarity with LC6 compliance requirements
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Experience in high-security or regulated environments
- Ability to drive process improvement and best practice
