- Lead and promote a positive HSE culture across site project teams
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, standards and procedures
- Develop and implement project-specific HSE documentation
- Monitor and report on HSE performance and improvement initiatives
- Support contractor selection, onboarding and compliance monitoring
- Conduct site audits, inspections and HSE walks
- Deliver inductions and HSE training across project teams
- Provide guidance to stakeholders on all HSE matters
- Collaborate with wider safety and environmental teams
NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum) Experience in construction, engineering or nuclear environments. Strong understanding of HSE management systems. Ability to influence and drive behavioural safety. Experience auditing and improving HSE performance.
