Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate baseline and change management activities across the delivery programme
- Act as the central point of contact for change control queries and guidance
- Support development and maintenance of baseline management strategies and procedures
- Integrate schedule, cost, risk and governance inputs into end‑to‑end change control
- Ensure governance and reporting cycles are followed consistently
- Produce high‑quality weekly and monthly baseline and change reports
- Review and assure the quality of change proposals against approved baselines
- Advise project teams and supply chain partners on change control standards
- Facilitate change requests for engineering and delivery teams
- Deliver training and guidance on change management processes and tools
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree‑level qualification or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in programme, project controls, commercial or project management
- Strong understanding of change control principles and WBS/CBS structures
- Knowledge of governance, risk management and major project delivery
- Excellent facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work effectively in complex, regulated environments
- Familiarity with project controls tools and reporting processes
- Experience working with contractors or consultants (desirable)
