As Baseline & Change Manager you will operate at the centre of a complex, high‑profile project that will power six million homes with low‑carbon electricity for decades to come. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and facilitate baseline and change management activities across the delivery programme
  • Act as the central point of contact for change control queries and guidance
  • Support development and maintenance of baseline management strategies and procedures
  • Integrate schedule, cost, risk and governance inputs into end‑to‑end change control
  • Ensure governance and reporting cycles are followed consistently
  • Produce high‑quality weekly and monthly baseline and change reports
  • Review and assure the quality of change proposals against approved baselines
  • Advise project teams and supply chain partners on change control standards
  • Facilitate change requests for engineering and delivery teams
  • Deliver training and guidance on change management processes and tools

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Degree‑level qualification or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience in programme, project controls, commercial or project management
  • Strong understanding of change control principles and WBS/CBS structures
  • Knowledge of governance, risk management and major project delivery
  • Excellent facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work effectively in complex, regulated environments
  • Familiarity with project controls tools and reporting processes
  • Experience working with contractors or consultants (desirable)
