Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain data models supporting change control processes
  • Build and optimise PowerBI dashboards using Databricks data models
  • Deliver data engineering solutions using SQL and Python
  • Align business requirements with data logic and reporting outputs
  • Collaborate with IT, IIM, and IDA stakeholders
  • Drive adoption of data-centric tools and ways of working
  • Support team upskilling and knowledge sharing initiatives
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance standards
  • Enable data-driven insights for project decision-making
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Degree in a science, engineering, or technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience in data engineering, software development, and visualisation
  • Strong coding skills in SQL and Python
  • Experience with Databricks and PowerBI
  • Solid database management expertise
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Ability to manage issues and escalate effectively
  • Experience in regulated industries (nuclear desirable)
  • Understanding of budget and schedule management advantageous
