This is an exciting opportunity for a Cost Engineer to contribute to a nationally important project, working alongside experienced professionals and supporting key commercial and project controls activities that drive informed decision-making.
As part of a collaborative and high-performing team, you will play a vital role in delivering accurate cost forecasting, reporting, and analysis across a major engineering programme:
- Produce and maintain accurate cost and forecast data aligned to CBS/WBS structures.
- Maintain cost and forecast information within project systems such as EcoSys and SAP.
- Analyse project performance and provide commentary on key cost drivers.
- Support trend and change management processes across the project.
- Generate performance indicators and identify risks and opportunities.
- Provide analytical support to Senior Cost Engineers.
- Interpret technical, financial and performance data to support project priorities.
Requirements:
- HND or equivalent qualification in Project Management, Project Controls, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience working within a project management environment.
- Previous experience within a project controls discipline.
- Understanding of project controls methodologies and techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to interpret financial and technical information.
- Proficiency in cost management systems such as EcoSys, SAP or similar.
