Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and deployment of PLM solutions across tool, data, and processes
- Define and maintain PLM architecture, including data models, workflows, and integrations
- Establish and lead a multidisciplinary team of technical specialists and partners
- Collaborate with design teams to incorporate feedback into development strategy
- Facilitate workshops to gather and validate business and technical requirements
- Coordinate prototype delivery with internal teams, IT, and external vendors
- Oversee system testing and ensure quality and performance standards are met
- Support programme planning, including timelines, risks, and stakeholder alignment
- Drive collaboration across transformation, engineering, and delivery teams
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in BIM, PLM, or digital engineering environments
- Strong understanding of data-centric project delivery and lifecycle management
- Experience with Dassault System 3Dx or similar platforms
- Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary technical teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience delivering complex solutions across large-scale projects
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Knowledge of engineering, construction, or infrastructure sectors
- Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation
