Key Responsibilities
- Lead coordination across multi-disciplinary engineering teams
- Monitor performance using KPIs and structured reporting tools
- Identify and implement process improvements across projects
- Ensure timely delivery of design and construction changes
- Support readiness reviews for design packages pre-construction
- Collaborate with design, contractor, and construction teams
- Maintain technical quality, safety, and schedule compliance
- Provide proactive updates on risks and issue resolution
- Support alignment with project objectives and milestones
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or similar)
- Experience in large-scale, multi-disciplinary engineering projects
- Background in nuclear or highly regulated industries preferred
- Knowledge of contract management, ONR and CDM regulations
- Strong organisational and record-keeping skills
- Ability to identify and implement procedural improvements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Practical, solutions-focused approach to problem solving
