Key Responsibilities

  • Lead coordination across multi-disciplinary engineering teams
  • Monitor performance using KPIs and structured reporting tools
  • Identify and implement process improvements across projects
  • Ensure timely delivery of design and construction changes
  • Support readiness reviews for design packages pre-construction
  • Collaborate with design, contractor, and construction teams
  • Maintain technical quality, safety, and schedule compliance
  • Provide proactive updates on risks and issue resolution
  • Support alignment with project objectives and milestones

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or similar)
  • Experience in large-scale, multi-disciplinary engineering projects
  • Background in nuclear or highly regulated industries preferred
  • Knowledge of contract management, ONR and CDM regulations
  • Strong organisational and record-keeping skills
  • Ability to identify and implement procedural improvements
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Practical, solutions-focused approach to problem solving
