We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a fast-paced shop fit out project in Tonbridge. This is a hands-on role for someone with a solid background in retail/shop fitting projects.
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS card (essential)
- Either SSSTS or SMSTS certification (essential)
- Proven experience in shop fitting and managing fit-out projects from start to finish
- Strong leadership skills, able to coordinate subcontractors and trades
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to ensure health & safety compliance on-site
- Must be able to read and work from drawings
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing day-to-day operations on-site
- Managing trades and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard
- Coordinating with the project team, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with H&S and site regulations
- Reporting on progress and addressing issues swiftly
