We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a fast-paced shop fit out project in Tonbridge. This is a hands-on role for someone with a solid background in retail/shop fitting projects.

Requirements:

  • Valid CSCS card (essential)
  • Either SSSTS or SMSTS certification (essential)
  • Proven experience in shop fitting and managing fit-out projects from start to finish
  • Strong leadership skills, able to coordinate subcontractors and trades
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to ensure health & safety compliance on-site
  • Must be able to read and work from drawings

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations on-site
  • Managing trades and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard
  • Coordinating with the project team, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with H&S and site regulations
  • Reporting on progress and addressing issues swiftly
