Are you an experienced New Homes Sales Adviser looking for a flexible role that offers an excellent work-life balance without compromising your earning potential? An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the sales team on a prestigious new residential development near Sittingbourne, Kent. Working for one of the UK's leading housebuilders, you'll be selling a superb collection of contemporary homes while delivering an exceptional customer experience from first enquiry through to legal completion.

This is a permanent part-time position, working alongside an experienced full-time Sales Adviser in a double-manned sales office. It's an ideal opportunity for someone looking to reduce their working week, return to the industry after a career break or achieve a better balance between work and home life. Working hours are 10:00am – 5:00pm, three days per week, with the rota agreed in advance alongside your colleague.

The Role

As the on-site Sales Adviser, you'll be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience whilst guiding purchasers through every stage of the buying journey. From welcoming visitors to the marketing suite and conducting show home tours, through to progressing reservations and liaising with solicitors and mortgage advisers, you'll play an important role in the success of this thriving development. Working closely with your full-time colleague, you'll ensure customers receive a seamless and professional service, maintaining accurate CRM records and helping the development achieve its sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome prospective purchasers to the development
  • Conduct show home and development tours
  • Qualify customers and understand their property requirements
  • Secure reservations and progress sales through to legal completion
  • Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisers and internal departments
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and customer pipelines
  • Follow up enquiries and maximise sales opportunities
  • Ensure the marketing suite and show homes are presented to the highest standard
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the buying journey

Candidate Profile

We're looking for someone with previous New Homes sales experience, ideally gained with a residential developer. Applicants from Estate Agency with strong New Homes exposure will also be considered. You’ll be professional, customer-focused and commercially driven, with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to build relationships and achieve sales targets. You’ll also be organised, IT literate and confident managing multiple customers at different stages of the sales process. A full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
