Job Role: Development Consultant Area: Ramsgate Salary: Β£33k β Β£35k Experience: My client is seeking a Development Consultant to join their team. This role offers progression and the opportunity to be a key player in a growing, multidisciplinary Land and Property consultancy. Responsibilities: Development Management Review schemes, conduct market research, assess viability, and perform appraisal work Manage client relationships, engage in business development, and promote at events & networking Land agency activities, including sales and land sales progression to ensure fee collection Report and tender writing, with some framework understanding Qualifications/Requirements: Understanding of Development Management/Project Management Experience in Land and Property Management Knowledge of Planning would be beneficial Note: This role is being handled by Chloe, PW Construction Recruitment .
