Our client, one of the UK's leading contractors in the medical and clean-room refurbishment and fit-out arena, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team. Based from their offices in Dartford, Kent, our client has seen rapid growth over the past 4 years, driven by successfully securing framework agreements with many healthcare trusts and medical imaging suppliers alike. Individual contracts range in value from £20k up to £10m each and typically comprise a soft strip and refurbishment to a very high standard of finish. Most projects are based in London and the Home counties.

Required Qualifications

  • Ideally a degree or NVQ Level 7 standard
  • Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualification
  • IT literacy
  • UK driving licence

Desired Skills

  • Experience of programming via Asta projects
  • Asbestos Awareness & Working at Height
  • Understanding of HTM requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Typical working hours are 7am to 4pm, with the role based in the Dartford head office and requiring site visits to liaise with Site Managers and clients.
  • Managing multiple projects from design to completion and beyond
  • Producing RAMS/CPP
  • Producing programs
  • Ensuring projects are delivered to time, budget and quality standards
  • Attending client meetings
  • Issuing delay notices/EOTs
  • Ensuring H&S adhered to
  • Liaising with internal design and commercial teams and external stakeholders

Compensation and Benefits

On offer is a competitive salary of up to £60,000 + Car + Pension DOE.
