The Role

As the face of the development, you'll be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer journey from initial enquiry through to legal completion.

Working within a target-driven environment, you'll build relationships with prospective purchasers, showcase high-quality new homes and help buyers secure their dream property.

You'll work closely with the Sales Manager to maximise sales opportunities whilst maintaining the highest standards of customer care and presentation.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and qualify prospective purchasers visiting the development.
  • Conduct professional viewings and demonstrate the features and benefits of each home.
  • Convert enquiries into reservations whilst achieving individual sales targets.
  • Progress sales from reservation through to exchange and legal completion.
  • Build strong relationships with purchasers, solicitors, independent financial advisers and estate agents.
  • Maintain accurate customer records using the company's CRM system.
  • Carry out regular follow-up calls and proactively manage your sales pipeline.
  • Ensure the marketing suite and show homes are maintained to an exceptional standard.
  • Monitor local market activity and competitor developments.
  • Prepare sales reports and updates for the Sales Manager.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire buying journey.

About You

To be considered, you'll ideally have

  • A minimum of 9 months' experience within property sales, ideally selling New Homes.
  • A proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • A customer-focused approach with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
  • A proactive, enthusiastic and professional attitude.
  • A full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.
  • Live within approximately 45 minutes of Angmering.
  • Working Hours

Five days per week, including weekends, with two weekdays off each week.
