Women in Business At PwC, we’re committed to improving our gender balance and showcasing female leaders. Female talent is currently underrepresented in our industry and although 42% of 2023 equity partner promotions and 45% of PwC’s 2024 graduate intake were female, there’s still work to be done. Open to all, this programme is aimed at inspiring and supporting women interested in professional services and success on the programme will lead to a graduate offer for our 2027 graduate programme.
Come and meet the inspiring women who are leading PwC into the future and take the first step to a graduate role at PwC. We use our deep understanding of business, markets, and emerging technology to enable clients to make informed decisions, navigate complex deals, embrace change and improve performance. So, our people develop the skills to transform all kinds of organisations.
In Management Consulting, we use our understanding of how business works and how technology can create competitive advantage to help clients deliver profitable growth. That might mean helping businesses understand, and create better experiences for, their customers and employees. It might mean optimising financial management, driving operational efficiency, advising on workforce effectiveness or bringing together a range of interrelated projects to deliver broad strategic outcomes. Throughout, you’ll learn how to provide business leaders with the data and insight they need to make smarter decisions. And you'll develop strategies and solutions that streamline processes, improve productivity and drive business performance.
Apply for these programmes if:
- you are endlessly curious
- you solve problems in a creative way
- you enjoy using data and insight to tell compelling stories.
What you’ll need: You’ll be graduating in 2027 or have already graduated. Success on this programme will lead to a graduate offer for 2027 and any employment offer made by PwC is contingent on you obtaining and maintaining the right to work and reside legally in the UK for the full duration of the graduate programme. Please note that not all of our roles satisfy the Home Office's eligibility criteria.
The programme will run from 08 - 10 September 2026.
