Women in Business At PwC, we’re committed to improving our gender balance and showcasing female leaders. Open to all, this programme is aimed at inspiring and supporting women interested in professional services and success on the programme will lead to a graduate offer for our 2027 graduate programme. And you'll develop strategies and solutions that streamline processes, improve productivity and drive business performance.

What you’ll need: You’ll be graduating in 2027 or have already graduated. Success on this programme will lead to a graduate offer for 2027 and any employment offer made by PwC is contingent on you obtaining and maintaining the right to work and reside legally in the UK for the full duration of the graduate programme.
