About the role
Our Deals Tax team works closely with our Deals practice to advise on the tax implications of a variety of deals projects including Business Recovery Services and Real Assets, taking responsibility for successful delivery and management of your projects. Working with the Partners and Managing Directors to identify opportunities to bring in additional services and proactively manage project risk profile when leading proposals and kicking off new pieces of work. Setting the standard for coaching on projects; take time to get to know the team and their objectives; make upskilling a priority for the team where appropriate. Investing in your client relationships and key client stakeholders to get to know your clients' business concerns and priorities.
The role is for you if:
- You have experience of leading and coaching others.
- You have experience in building and leveraging internal and external relationships and networks.
- You have developed communication skills, for example, in negotiating with and influencing others.
- You must possess an accounting or tax qualification (or an international equivalent) or have equivalent work experience. This includes international candidates who qualify through experience in their home country.
