The role In Transaction Services, we support clients including private equity firms, investment funds, and corporate clients through mergers, acquisitions, and disposals. Advising throughout the deal lifecycle, we work on buy-side and sell-side transactions, developing sector understanding and building key skills in financial due diligence. We are known for industry expertise and actionable insights through analysis and deal experience.

What your days will look like: As a Manager, you will lead teams analyzing financial and non-financial information using advanced data tools to perform financial analysis, identify key business drivers, and potential deal breakers. You will enhance your technical skills, data mindset, and communication of due diligence findings via our cloud-based reporting platform. You will interact with senior management and business owners to understand historical and projected performance and broader commercial issues.

This role is for you if:

  • Possess an ACA qualification (or equivalent), including international candidates with relevant experience.
  • Have industry experience in Energy, Utilities, Mining, Infrastructure, Financial Services, Healthcare, Pharma, Manufacturing, Retail, Real Estate, or TMT sectors.
  • Excellent business writing and Excel skills.
  • Experience with Alteryx, PowerBI, and other analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness.
  • Interpersonal skills for mentoring and client interaction.
  • Excellent communication skills.
