We’re looking for technology delivery professionals to join our teams who deliver complex, technology-enabled business transformation programmes for our clients. You’ll bring hands-on experience managing delivery across the full lifecycle of enterprise technology — from development and integration through to testing, deployment, cutover and supporting adoption and benefits realisation. You’ll work across industries, roles and capabilities — gaining exposure to a wide range of technologies and ways of working. You’ll collaborate with delivery teams, systems integrators and client stakeholders to bring structure, clarity and momentum to every stage of delivery.   • Support end-to-end delivery of technology change by owning defined workstreams and tasks under the guidance of Managers and Senior Managers, from planning through to post-go-live.
  • Use approved AI tools to enhance delivery (e.g. drafting & maintaining plans, RAID logs, reports, test artefacts and communications), while ensuring all outputs are reviewed, accurate and appropriate.
  • Support financial and commercial management by assisting with budgeting, forecasting and tracking actuals.
  • Coordinate activity across onshore, nearshore and offshore teams and external partners and collaborate with architects, developers, testers and product owners to clarify requirements, manage dependencies and support issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

Skills And Experience

  • Genuine interest in AI and emerging technologies – enthusiasm for exploring how AI can improve delivery (e.g. defining outcomes, analysing data, generating options), and motivation to stay up to date with new tools and ways of working.
  • Analytical and structured thinking – ability to break down complex problems, interpret quantitative and qualitative information, and present clear, logical conclusions.
  • Attention to detail and content quality – careful approach to checking facts, numbers and narrative, especially where AI has been used, ensuring outputs are accurate, consistent and appropriate for the audience.
  • Effective communication skills – clear and concise written and verbal communication, with the ability to tailor messages for different stakeholders.
  • Collaborative, inclusive team approach – comfortable working in multi-disciplinary and distributed teams, open to feedback, and keen to contribute to a culture of continuous skills development.
  • Motivation to build delivery and professional capability – commitment to ongoing development in delivery methods (e.g. Agile, hybrid, waterfall) and relevant certifications (e.g. Agile, PMP, PRINCE2, cloud or AI-related), with eligibility for Security Check (SC) clearance desirable.
