The Opportunity
As a Strategic Sourcing & Value Capture Consultant_Manager, you will focus on optimizing sourcing and procurement processes to drive cost savings, enhance supplier collaboration, and strengthen supply chain resilience. Within our Operations practice, you will work closely with clients to analyze sourcing strategies, identify opportunities for cost reduction, and develop strategies to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness. You will also provide guidance on implementing strategic sourcing frameworks, supplier relationship management, and digital procurement solutions.
As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. - Managing supplier negotiations and contract management to foster collaboration and supply chain resilience
- Overseeing the deployment of digital procurement solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and deliver on client expectations
- Identifying opportunities for cost reduction and supplier optimization through spend analysis
- Collaborating with leadership to validate quality, timelines, and deliverables in client engagements
- Encouraging innovation and embracing technology to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
