You have experience delivering complex, multi-workstream transformation programmes and can balance pace, quality and commercial outcomes. You build credibility with senior stakeholders and can influence across internal and client teams. You bring strong planning and organisational skills, including experience managing budgets, dependencies and delivery risk. You can translate complex requirements into clear, practical process designs and delivery plans. You are comfortable working across jurisdictions and with multidisciplinary, international teams. You communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences and bring a collaborative, inclusive leadership style. You are curious about innovation, emerging technology and the changing regulatory landscape, and can apply that thinking to client delivery.
