Job Summary:
The Senior Associate in the Tech and Transformation (T&T) Pillar at PwC Channel Islands plays a pivotal role in supporting digital transformation initiatives. This role is embedded within the Business Enablement function, working closely with project managers, technology leads, and business stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working.
Responsibilities:
The T&T team at PwC Channel Islands is focused on embedding digital into the heart of the firm. The team supports enterprise-wide transformation projects, and change managers play a key role in navigating organisational change. The team values collaboration, innovation, and a structured approach to delivering sustainable change.
Responsibilities include:
Collaborate with the project delivery team to support the successful delivery of technology solutions that align with our firm\’s strategy of being a leading technology-enabled professional services firm.
Develop and execute change management strategies aligned with project goals, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and resistance management.
Identify key stakeholders and build tailored engagement plans to ensure buy-in and support throughout the change lifecycle.
Design and deliver clear, targeted communications to support user adoption and minimise disruption.
Identify training needs and ensuring delivery of required training.
Conduct change impact assessments and readiness evaluations to inform planning and mitigate risks.
Collaborate with project teams to embed change management into project delivery and compliance with internal change management policies and procedures.
Track adoption metrics and feedback to continuously improve change interventions and report on success criteria.
Stay up to date with PwC and industry best practices and trends in change management, technology, and transformation to continuously enhance our change management approach.
Support wider project implementation tasks as required.

Qualifications & Certifications:
Bachelor\’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, technology, organisational psychology) or equivalent practical experience.
Relevant professional qualifications such as Prosci (or equivalent).

Experience in change management, ideally within a professional services or technology-driven environment.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills. Ability to work across multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
