PwC’s Oracle HCM team is expanding, and we’re currently looking for experienced Oracle Cloud HCM functional consultants with a proven track record of solution delivery and client impact to join our established and growing team. What your days will look like:
- Working as part of our Workforce Transformation team of curious and collaborative problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
- Bringing order to unstructured problems and delivering tangible value to clients.
- Communicating clearly and effectively with stakeholders using structured, straightforward language.
- Reviewing your own work and that of others for quality, accuracy, and relevance.
- Delegating tasks to provide stretch opportunities and coaching others to deliver results.
- Using feedback and reflection to build self-awareness and develop your strengths.
- Leading or contributing to collaborative and diverse teams and helping to keep PwC a fun and inclusive place to work.
This role is for you if:
- You have full lifecycle experience of at least two Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, including one or more of the following modules: Human Capital Management Cloud Services, Recruiting Cloud Services, Talent Management Cloud Services, Learning Management Cloud Services, Oracle Payroll / Payroll Interface, NextGen Helpdesk, Visual Builder Studio.
- You also bring experience in one or more of the following areas (desirable): Oracle ME, Oracle Policy Automation, Oracle Time and Labour Cloud, Oracle Strategic Workforce Planning, Oracle HCM Analytics, Oracle AI Agents, Data migration and integrations.
- You have demonstrable experience in several of the following activities: Presales and proposal development, Requirements gathering and fit/gap analysis, Solution design and functional configuration, HCM process design, Workshop design and delivery, Testing and training, Post go-live support of Oracle HCM solutions.
- You’ve worked both independently and as part of a collaborative team to meet project timelines and keep leadership informed of progress and issues.
- You have experience managing small to mid-sized workstreams, creating a positive team environment, and providing meaningful feedback and direction to junior colleagues.
- Active Oracle Certification(s) and UK Security Clearance are desirable.
