Network Tax Senior Associate

Role Summary

As a Senior Associate, you will support the Network Tax team by delivering timely and effective tax advice to network leadership. You will play a key role in enabling strategic decision-making across network-wide initiatives and contribute to the continued growth and development of the PwC network. Your work will help ensure tax considerations are embedded in planning, execution and transformation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with global functions and internal tax teams across the PwC network.
• Support managers and directors on network-wide transactions, complex structuring and risk management matters.
• Manage tax compliance activities for network entities, with guidance from senior team members.
• Use technology to enhance service delivery and streamline tax processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years\’ experience in tax or accounting, ideally within a professional services or industry setting.
• Familiarity with tax treaties, their purpose and how they are applied in a global context.
• Relevant tax qualifications such as CTA, ATT, ACA or equivalent are desirable but not essential.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines with support when needed.
• Capacity to work independently while actively contributing to a UK-based team.
• Natural curiosity, openness to learning and eagerness to grow professionally.
