About the Role

Our Resource Management (RM) team ensures we have the right people for the right jobs, at the right time, in the right places. Resource Management works collaboratively with our business to deliver successful people deployment solutions and build quality client teams with suitable skills and experience. We play a key role in the delivery of our People Priorities; Fair Work Access, Diversity & Inclusion, Talent Development, Engagement and providing Career Enhancing Experiences for our people. As the workforce of the future takes shape, it’s an exciting time to be in Resource Management and play a pivotal role in driving our strategy and ambitions forward.

You do not need prior experience in Resource Management although it is preferable to apply for this role. A solid understanding of technology roles and skills — such as the distinctions between AI, Cloud, Data, and Software Engineering disciplines is also desired but not essential.

What your days will look like:

  • Work alongside a team of resourcing professionals to support Technology Management Solutions.
  • Partner with stakeholders using a commercial mindset, business acumen and management Information (MI) to inform and influence decisions and solutions to common resourcing challenges.
  • Maximise deployment creating a better experience for our people.

This role is for you if you have:

  • Experience in the delivery of people deployment and workforce planning solutions using systems and tools such as TalentLink and bespoke tools built on DevOps, PowerBI and Microsoft technologies to enable effective Workforce Planning.
  • Prior experience in Resource Management is not essential but preferable. We welcome candidates with transferable skills from related roles such as technology recruitment, talent acquisition, or workforce coordination within the tech sector.
  • A strong willingness to learn and adapt to Resource Management practices, with a proactive approach to developing new technology skills.
  • A genuine interest in emerging technologies, including the use of GenAI or similar tools to enhance and optimise day-to-day work.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to challenge with humility and build and manage long term relationships.
  • The ability to interpret and analyse MI and data to identify resourcing gaps and support on wider workforce planning goals.
