- you have experience within Resource Management, Workforce Planning, Recruitment or Operational people management ideally within a large scale, complex organisation within Professional Services
- you possess a commercial mind-set and critical business acumen
- using resourcing metrics and KPIs to inform decision making across the technology catalyst portfolio
- you have experience in the management of a team of Resource professionals providing coaching, professional development and support
- you are self motivated, adaptable and resilient with the confidence to challenge and to meet challenges head on
- you ideally come from a Technology background or perhaps have a keen interest or passion in Tech
