Come and meet the inspiring women who are leading PwC into the future and take the first step to a graduate role at PwC. We help clients to manage their finances and interpret the critical data needed to measure performance today and plan for tomorrow. So our people grow to understand the financial foundations behind the business world, across every industry.
On our Audit and Assurance programmes, you’ll get a backstage pass to some of the most interesting and dynamic organisations in the world. When an organisation makes financial, sustainability and performance statements, we are trusted by its board, its shareholders and stakeholders, government regulators, and, crucially, the markets, to ensure that the data is fair and accurate. Our teams verify the credibility and reliability of all kinds of data, creating transparency and trust by bringing independent rigour to the information that underpins the economy.
They also ensure that our clients have the digital systems, internal controls, governance policies and risk management processes in place to deliver this information accurately and effectively. To do our work, we need to understand how a client’s business functions. So our people get an incredible grounding in all kinds of industries and sectors. You’ll work directly with clients, experiencing everything from the warehouse to the boardroom. You’ll see the way that the CEOs and CFOs at our client's work. And you’ll gain a unique perspective on how different organisations do business.
