Currently, we are looking for an ERP Training Lead at Manager Level to join the team.
What your days will look like:
- Working within Business Change teams on our biggest businessâled programmes and projects.
- Developing and implementing forwardâthinking Training strategies, tailored to specific client needs, to drive strong adoption of new processes, systems and ways of working.
- Working in an agile environment, collaborating with a diverse (technical and nonâtechnical) group of internal (PwC) and external (client) stakeholders.
- Supporting the development of tailored Training plans, in line with overall programme timelines, activities and milestones.
- Developing or overseeing the development of personaâbased Training Needs Assessments, Training Curriculums, and training learner journeys.
- Coordinating the development of training materials to be delivered through a blended approach to learning (eâlearns, classroomâbased training, quick reference guides).
- Implementing training delivery plans to successfully train and upskill client endâuser populations.
- Developing and implementing forwardâthinking Training and Adoption initiatives such as hackathons and virtual escape rooms, to drive enhanced learning outcomes.
- Managing the transition of change for our clients â facilitating knowledge transfer and implementing support models.
- Ensuring the interests of programme sponsors are met by the project and programme.
- Leading other highâperforming team members; displaying flexibility in using a range of influencing styles to build strong sustainable relationships while demonstrating the firm's values.
This role is for you if you have:
- Demonstrable experience as a Training specialist on largeâscale transformation programmes, underpinned by technology, in one or more industries.
- Experience of delivering Training within largeâscale ERP SAP programmes.
- Experience of delivering Training in programmes that are multiâsite / regional / global.
- A proven track record in helping global brands transform their organisations, taking a lead role for Training needed to deliver a successful solution.
- Demonstrable experience of driving client adoption of systems, processes and new ways of working through an innovative and forwardâthinking approach to Training.
- Experience delivering key Training activities, such as Training Needs Assessments, Training Curriculums, Training material development, Training classroom delivery.
- Some knowledge and understanding of Finance and Supply Chain processes.
- Previous consulting experience is a must.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
- Demonstrable ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly in a fastâmoving technology landscape.
