We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead pre‑sales and business development activity for our Managed Digital Identity (MDI) offering. This is a commercially focused, client‑facing role that sits at the intersection of identity and access management expertise, cyber risk advisory, and managed service delivery. You will play a key role in shaping and winning new business opportunities across identity governance, access management, and privileged access management.
Acting as a bridge between client needs and delivery capability, you’ll help position managed digital identity as a core pillar of clients' cyber and risk strategies, spanning security, compliance, and user experience. Working closely with Service Delivery, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Alliance teams, you’ll drive growth across our Managed Digital Identity portfolio, partnering with leading platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk and Okta.
What your days will look like:
- Leading business development and pre‑sales activity across Managed Digital Identity opportunities, from early qualification through to deal closure.
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities across priority sectors and strategic accounts.
- Owning and driving complex sales cycles, including client engagement, solution shaping, and commercial discussions.
- Developing compelling value propositions aligned to clients’ identity, security, regulatory and operational priorities.
- Shaping client‑centric managed identity solutions in collaboration with Service Delivery and Engineering teams.
- Translating IAM and PAM requirements into scalable, commercially viable managed services, including service scope, pricing models and commercials.
- Supporting RFP/RFI responses, proposals and client presentations.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.
