They take a leadership role throughout design and delivery to ensure technical solutions meet business needs and align with the organisation's strategic vision. Additionally, they act as technology leaders within our digital and technology practices, offering thought leadership, guidance, and coaching to junior team members.

What your days will look like:

  • Working with our Clients and Technology Colleagues to prepare technical blueprints for cost effective and efficient Salesforce solutions across all Cloud platforms, taking a solution leadership role throughout design and delivery to help ensure technical solutions continue to meet business requirements.
  • Leading the End to end technical solution design across Salesforce, integration and legacy systems.
  • Leading the high-level and functional design teams across a variety of industries and placing design & architecture governance at the squad level.

This role is for you if:

  • The ideal candidates will have a consistent track record in working with the technical and solution architects of global brands, and their teams, to identify, architect and implement technology solutions in support of digital transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrate visionary architectural thinking by designing scalable, future-ready Salesforce solutions that not only meet current needs but also align with evolving business requirements.
  • Ability to think beyond technology and understand how to align solutions with strategic business outcomes like revenue growth, cost reduction, and improved customer satisfaction.
  • Able to build relationships with senior stakeholders such as chief architects and the Head of Technology and often C-suite executives, becoming a trusted advisor and bridging the gap between technology and business.
  • You confidently present architectural visions, solutions, and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in multi-cloud architecture (e.g., Sales, Service, Experience and Marketing cloud) and able to leverage these clouds to drive the end to end solution and seamless customer experiences.
  • Hold Advanced Salesforce certifications such as Application architect, System Architect, or other domain level certifications with a passion and clear plan achieving CTA (Certified Technical Architect).
  • Experienced in supporting business development activities, including designing and top-down and bottom-up estimating Salesforce solutions based on minimal requirements provided by potential clients.
  • Proficient in designing and implementing integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using APIs, middleware (such as Mulesoft) and legacy platforms.
  • Deeply knowledgeable in data architecture and governance, capable of creating optimised data models that ensures performance at scale and compliance with industry standards.
  • Knowledgeable about Salesforce offering and licensing models, enabling client to maximise value through appropriate licensing.
  • Lead End-to-End Delivery across the entire solution life cycle, from strategy and blueprinting to implementation, testing, and post go live support, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with the business objective.
  • Able to bring to bear extensive knowledge of architectural patterns, technology components, vendor solutions and emerging technology trends on digital solution development in one or more industries.
  • A confident written and verbal communicator, able to clearly explain digital ideas to non-technical audiences and work effectively with non-technical colleagues and business executives.
