  • Discovery workshops, process maps, personas, user stories, acceptance criteria, configuration workbooks, backlog structures, and functional specifications.
  • Testing, training, adoption, and knowledge transfer approaches that help clients build confidence and sustain value after go-live.
  • Facilitate client workshops, design sessions, playbacks, and stakeholder demonstrations to build alignment on business needs, solution options, and delivery priorities.
  • Translate client business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and configuration guidance for delivery teams.
  • Define functional delivery standards, configuration documentation practices, testing traceability, and acceptance criteria that support quality, scalability, and adoption.

  • Contribute to Salesforce solution designs across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Public Sector Solutions, and Industry Clouds.

What You'll Bring: Your skills, knowledge, and experiences are what set you apart. Here's what we look for:

  • 5+ years hands-on Salesforce functional consulting experience with 3+ years in functional lead roles, with the ability to lead requirements, solution design, configuration, testing, and client-facing delivery activities.
  • Strong experience in business process design, requirements elicitation, user story development, acceptance criteria, functional documentation, and Salesforce configuration-led delivery.
  • Proven ability to lead discovery workshops, design sessions, stakeholder demonstrations, UAT cycles, training support, and adoption activities for complex Salesforce programs.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security models, automation capabilities, reporting, dashboards, and the functional impacts of integrations and data migration.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery and full SDLC—user stories, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, testing, release readiness, and post-go-live support.
  • One or more Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant, Business Analyst, Public Sector Solutions Accredited Professional, or relevant Industry Cloud certifications.
  • Familiarity with modern delivery practices: Jira, Confluence, process mapping, solution design documentation, configuration workbooks, traceability matrices, test scripts, and knowledge transfer materials.
  • Ability to lead functional delivery teams of 5-10 consultants on complex Salesforce implementations, guiding end-to-end functional design from discovery and process design through configuration, testing, adoption, and release readiness.
  • Work with solution architects, technical leads, developers, experience designers, testers, and change teams to align functional design with Salesforce leading practices and client outcomes.
  • Coach functional consultants on requirements elicitation, Salesforce configuration patterns, backlog management, UAT support, stakeholder engagement, and quality documentation.
