This role supports the project management of implementations for PwC’s proprietary Global Payroll Platform (GPP) within PwC’s managed payroll service. It involves working closely with high-profile clients and coordinating multi-country implementation projects through PwC’s extensive global network. You will manage relationships with key stakeholders, take ownership of a dedicated client portfolio, and oversee the day-to-day delivery of global payroll processes. Responsibilities

  • Supports project management of implementations for PwC’s proprietary Global Payroll Platform (GPP) within PwC’s managed payroll service, ensuring structured delivery, clear milestones, and effective coordination throughout complex, multi-country implementation lifecycles.
  • Manages relationships with high-profile clients and key stakeholders, acting as a trusted point of contact while aligning expectations, tracking progress, and supporting successful outcomes across jurisdictions.
  • Coordinates closely with PwC’s extensive global network to support multi-country implementations, facilitating collaboration between local teams, resolving issues, and maintaining consistent delivery standards.
  • Owns a dedicated client portfolio, overseeing day-to-day global payroll activities, prioritising tasks, managing dependencies, and ensuring reliable, high-quality service delivery outcomes.
